The next milestone of the Hartinger Group from Rosenheim for the revitalisation of the station forecourt in Traunstein is taking shape.
The second construction phase will create an office building with over 2,600 square metres, with the aim of creating a modern working environment spread over four floors, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and design.
With more than 70 electrified parking spaces, MaxSolar is creating one of the largest e-mobility projects in south-east Upper Bavaria close to the city centre. Completion is planned for summer 2025.
