"Top Company" seal for MaxSolar GmbH

Since 2015, the employer review platform kununu has been awarding companies with the "Top Company" and "Open Company" seals if they meet the criteria set for this purpose.
The criteria for awarding the "Top Company" seal have been redefined so that companies must meet higher and additional requirements than with the old seals. A kununu score of at least 3.8, both as an overall score and as an employee score, is required to receive the award. As a result, only just under 5 percent of companies currently qualify for the 'Top Company' seal. Previously, it was around 20 percent of all companies on kununu.
