Underneath these 5500 modules is a former shooting range that was no longer in use. Since the area is also not suitable for agriculture, such a large ground-mounted photovoltaic system offers the opportunity to use this area practically and sustainably without having to block valuable grassland. For similar reasons, we often convert former gravel pit areas into ground-mounted system.
