Photovoltaics experts
State-of-the-art photovoltaic expertise
According to TÜV Rheinland's Quality Monitor 2013, approx. 30% of photovoltaic systems are defective or poorly installed.
New regulations, standards or legal requirements are constantly being added – it's no surprise that you can easily lose track of this.
That is why we are happy to be at your side as experts!
Our surveyor is always up to date with the latest technology and specialises in the following areas:

Construction supervision and acceptance
Prevention is better than cure! Ensure from the outset that your PV system is completed free of defects and thus avoid annoying disputes about subsequent improvements.
Many deficiencies or faulty planning are hardly recognisable to the untrained observer and only show their devastating consequences months or years after the acceptance of the plant. In most cases, it is already too late – the damage is done, warranty or guarantee periods have already expired or, in the worst case, the installer is already insolvent.
With professional construction supervision, you can proactively identify planning or construction errors and have them eliminated during the construction process. The assessment of the PV system by a third, independent party before acceptance provides clarity about the quality of your investment and in dealing with your installer.
Review of the planning of your PV system / evaluation of the proposal
Create and check yield forecasts
Checking the static design
Construction supervision (on a daily basis or for the acceptance of individual construction phases)
Determining the technical due diligence
Accompanying the acceptance / expert reports on the absence of defects in the acceptance procedure
Earnings and performance checks
Using the most modern measuring methods, we find the reason for your underperformance and develop your individual remediation concept.
Common problems are, for example:
- Several cells are defective due to permanent shading / pollution.
- Inferior quality modules exhibit too high a performance degradation after only a short time or have already been flashed incorrectly.
- The yield forecast for the plant was set too high at the time of sale.
Review of revenue forecasts (financing) and performance of the facility
Analysis and troubleshooting for reduced yield

Preservation of evidence and appraisal
With a well-founded expert opinion on the condition of your system, you secure a solid negotiating position in disputes with your installer, your insurance company or the component manufacturer.
In addition to the mere ascertainment of the damage, we also advise you on the enforcement of your claims and, above all, help you with the final resolution of the problem.
Damage appraisal for the general preservation of evidence
Damage appraisal for insurers to clarify the cause of damage and determine the compensation liability / amount of damage
Recording and evaluation of material defects for complaint to the manufacturer
Determining the value of the photovoltaic system (in the event of insolvency, inheritance, damage or sale)
