Alterations in the management of MaxSolar

With effect as of June 1, 2018, Christoph Strasser is the new managing director of MaxSolar, as a successor of Dr.-Ing. Franz Hauk. Mr. Strasser became sales director of MaxSolar in 2014 and is part of the team in Traunstein since then. His activities focus on sales, profit and marketing. In 2017 he was appointed as authorized signatory and thus became member of the management department. Dr. Hauk retreated from management at his own request but stays connected to MaxSolar as advisor and shareholder.

Furthermore Mr. Thomas Hager is now appointed as new authorized signatory. His responsibilities lies with business and project development, purchase and internationalisation. With his experience of more than 15 years in the trade of renewable energies, he strongly supported the company since the beginning of 2017.

Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Simon Mayer is still part of the management department as technical director and authorized signatory. He is responsible for project planning as well as all technical implementations and operations management. Apart from that he is in authority for research and development. Mr. Mayer is part of the team since 2010 and therefore longest serving staff member and important for all issues concerning technique and innovations.
