MaxSolar wins more than 100 MWp in tender

At the first major solar auction of the year, conducted by the Federal Network Agency, a total of around 1,950 MWp for photovoltaic systems of the first segment - i.e. ground-mounted systems - were put out to tender. In the process, 347 bids were registered for a total of 2,869 MWp. The tender was thus again clearly oversubscribed.

The average award value of 7.03 cents per kilowatt hour was then even clearly below the maximum value. The range of surcharges was given by the Federal Network Agency as 5.29 and 7.30 cents per kilowatt hour.
In the fiercely contested auction, MaxSolar acquired around 100 MWp of large solar projects in a reference market for renewable energies. MaxSolar thus secured around 5 percent of the tendered capacity and is thus further expanding its pipeline of large-scale solar energy projects.
In addition, the partners for whom MaxSolar is building the projects as EPC have won more than 74 MWp. MaxSolar thus records a total of just under 9 percent of the capacity tendered.

With a project portfolio of 34.5 MWp already built, 41 MWp under construction and 14.5 MWp "ready to build" plants, MaxSolar is recording significant growth momentun. An important step towards energytransition in the German market.
